Protein Laddoo
Dates, hazelnuts and dark chocolate, rolled into one perfect bite.
Our take on the classic festive laddoo. Soft Medjool dates are blended with hazelnut praline, 70% dark chocolate and Func Lab chocolate plant protein, with a hint of coffee and a pinch of sea salt to deepen the flavour. Each laddoo is hand-rolled in toasted hazelnut nibs for a little crunch in every bite. Rich, fudgy and naturally sweetened by dates.

Loaded Dates: A Medjool date, stuffed with hazelnut praline and dipped in dark chocolate.
The simplest pleasures are the best ones. We take soft, caramel-like Medjool dates and fill each one with a creamy jaggery hazelnut praline blended with whey protein. Every date is then half-dipped in dark chocolate and finished with a sprinkle of sea salt. Sweet, nutty, salty and gone in two bites.

Hazelnut Barfi
Slow-roasted besan barfi, layered with hazelnut and dark chocolate.
A Diwali classic, reimagined. Besan is roasted low and slow in butter until golden and nutty, then folded with jaggery, hazelnut praline, a touch of honey and cardamom, and Func Lab plant protein. Finished with a layer of dark chocolate and cut into neat squares, it's a festive classic with a richer, nuttier soul.
