Macaron is a light, often brightly colored sandwich cookie consisting of two rounded disks made from a batter of egg whites, sugar, and almond flour surrounding a ganache filling.It is mildly moist and easily melts in the mouth. Macarons are made with extreme care in our Central Kitchen in a controlled environment maintaining temperature and humidity.

How long do macarons last?

Macarons last for a duration of 5-7 days if stored correctly in a temperature range of 4-8 degree celsius.
How do I store macarons?

Are macarons Gluten Free?
Answer :
Yes, macarons are Gluten Free.
Do you have eggless cakes?
Answer :
Yes, the menu consists of cakes that can be made with egg or eggless.
Can I change the macarons on the cake?
Answer :
Yes, please let us know which flavours you’d like instead of the current ones in the notes section, or email us on orders@le15.com with the order number.
What else needs to be added to the cake mixes?
Answer :
The cake mix kit includes the cake mix, glaze, mould and a recipe card. You just need to add oil/ butter and water and bake the cake.
Do I need an oven to bake the cake made with cake mix?
Answer :
We suggest you bake the cake in an oven. Alternatively, you can bake the cake in the convection mode of an oven. We have also had customers make the cake in a pressure cooker and it turns out absolutely delicious.
I don’t have a microwave, how do I heat the cake glaze?
Answer :
The cake glaze can be melted in a pan on the stove top too, in case you don’t use a microwave.
What else needs to be added to the hot chocolate?
Answer :
The Belgian Hot Chocolate Mix consists of the premix and chocolate chips in the packet. You just need to add the required quantity of milk to make your perfect hot chocolate.
Can we add anything else except milk to make the Hot Chocolate?
Answer :
Yes, you can make Hot Chocolate with Almond/ Oat Milk or Milk Powder. Please add quantities based on your preferred consistency.
Is the Hot Chocolate gluten and nut free?
Answer :
Yes, the Belgian Hot Chocolate Mix is gluten and nut free.
What can I dip the Dipkies in?
Answer :
Dipkies are best enjoyed when dipped in your favourite beverage. We’ve tried it with tea, coffee, warm/ cold milk, hot chocolate. You can dip it in any liquid of your choice and let us know your favourite combination.
How do I store the products once I receive them?
Answer :
Each product has a separate storage instruction: Macarons: Macarons need to be refrigerated in a temperature range of 4-8 degree celsius Cakes: Cake need to be refrigerated once you receive them Cake Mixes, Dipkies : Can be stored at room temperature. Hot Chocolate Mix: Can be stored at room temperature. Once opened, we suggest it be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
Do you deliver to my city?

You can order our Macarons and Cakes only in Mumbai. All our other products can be ordered Pan India
Why are your shipping charges different for Mumbai and Pan India?
Answer :
All our deliveries within Mumbai are for fresh patisserie products - cakes, macarons, which are delivered by refrigerated vehicles to ensure they reach your doorstep perfectly. All packaged products do not need refrigeration and can be couriered using service providers.
How much time prior to delivery, do I need to order a cake?
Answer :
We suggest all cake pre orders are placed 24-48 hours prior to delivery.
What time can I expect the delivery?
Answer :
We do all our deliveries between 12:00 - 7:00 pm. If you’d like to have your order delivered in a particular time slot, please send us an email on orders@le15.com and we will try to adhere to the same.
How can I track my order?
Answer :
Once your order is dispatched from our Central Kitchen, you will receive an email on the registered email id with the tracking number and the carrier.
I got the wrong products. What do I do?
Answer :
While we try to be very careful while packing all orders, in case you received the wrong products, please send us an email on onlineorders@le15.com and someone from the team will help solve the problem.
How can I cancel my order?
Answer :
An order once placed cannot be cancelled. If for any reason, you'd like to request a credit note for your order, it can be done if the order has not been dispatched from our kitchen. We dispatch all orders within 24 hours of receiving them.
I have received a damaged parcel/ product. What do I do?
Answer :
We ensure all the products leaving the kitchen are packed carefully and with utmost care. In case, the products get damaged, please send us an email with pictures of the products on onlineorders@le15.com. Our team will then investigate and get back to you within 36-72 hours and either dispatch a new package or issue a credit note, based on the situation. Complaints made after 24 hours of date delivery, will not be accepted.
