Strawberry Cheesecake Macaron Cake Large

I received the macaron, and it was soggy when touched on the top. It started to fall apart quite easily.
The flavor was excellent—the white chocolate ganache could be slightly less sweet. The strawberry compote and fresh strawberry combination was exceptional, as always. While the taste was spot on, the texture was disappointing. It felt like eating crumbled macaron bits dipped in the strawberry compote underneath.
The flavor saved the experience overall. I have no complaints about the presentation—it looked great. Le15 usually writes messages in beautiful handwriting, but I was surprised to see a different style this time.
Having eaten the macaron cake before, I know it doesn’t typically come in this state. I reached out to the team on WhatsApp, and they replied that this is how it’s supposed to be, so I decided not to pursue the matter further.
