Decent cake, but not as expected, not a lot of buttercream

Not a bad cake, in fact it was airy, moist and tasted good overall. Came in a pretty pink packaging with a handwritten message you can send in with the order. However, it was really disappointing that there was barely any buttercream used (just a really, really thin outer layer) and the almond flavour overpowered the butterscotch. The description made me expect a strong butter cream and butterscotch taste. It was the only reason I ordered this cake after looking at many bakeries and not finding many buttercream options. And instead I got thick layers of whipped cream inside, which I really dislike and avoid. My friends and family who did not particularly care about the flavour profile liked the cake.
