Soft vanilla sponge soaked with coconut milk layered with fresh pineapple compote and chantilly cream, finished with pineaple curd. Bright, tropical flavours balanced with a delicate sweetness ~ refreshing, light, and indulgent.

The cake was not really good. Could barely taste the coconut and the pineapple curd was extremely sweet. I had ordered a similar cake back in 2018 from them which tasted much better. I do not get on why they have dropped their quality over time.

Best one.. made my day special.
