Tres Leches


  • For sponge:
  • Flour: 165g
  • Caster sugar: 150g
  • Milk: 170g
  • Curd: 115g
  • Oil: 110g
  • Salt: 1/2 tsp
  • Baking powder: Itsp
  • Baking soda: Yatsp
  • Vanilla essence : 1tsp

For Milk soak:

  • Milk: 100g
  • Condensed milk: 100g
  • Fresh cream: 50g


Step 1: Whisk all the wet ingredients (Milk, Curd, Oil & Vanilla essence) together in one bowl

Step 2: In another bowl whisk all the dry ingredients (Flour, Caster sugar, Salt, Baking powder and Baking soda) together

Step 3: Now pour the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and whisk well till you get a smooth batter

Step 4: Pour the batter to a greased square tin

Step 5: Bake it at 180C for 20-25mins

Step 6: For the milk soak, mix Condensed milk, Fresh cream and Milk together and whisk well

Step 7: Once the sponge is baked soak it with the milk soak

Step 8: Once the sponge soaks the milk completely, add some whipped cream on top or garnish the way you'd like it

Step 9: Refrigerate it for half an hour and then enjoy!
