- Condensed milk : 200g
- Chai : 125ml( made with milk and without sugar)
- Butter : 100g
- Castor sugar : 15g
- Flour : 125g
- Baking soda : 1/2tsp
- Baking powder: 1 tsp
Step 1 - Whisk together the butter and castor sugar till it’s fully light and fluffy
Step 2 - Add the condensed milk
Step 3 - Add the chai. Then whisk till mixed well
Step 4 - Sift together the flour, baking powder, baking soda and fold into a batter with spatula
Step 5 - Whisk, whisk, whisk!
Step 6 - Bake at 180 C for 20-22 minutes in a load mould or lined 6 inch cake tin
Step 7 - Enjoy your freshly baked cake!
