- Butter : 30gms (2 tbsp)
- Milk : 125ml ( 1/2 cup)
- Flour : 90gms (1/2 cup)
- Castor sugar : 15gms (Itbsp)
- Baking soda :1/4 tsp
- Baking powder : ltsp
- Pinch of salt
- 2 ripe small bananas or 1 large banana
- Maple syrup or chocolate chips or butter for serving
Step 1 - Add the mashed bananas into the melted butter and whisk
Step 2 - Add the dry ingredients to wet ingredients and whisk to form a smooth batter
Step 3 - In a medium sized nonstick saucepan add some butter or vegetable oil
Step 4 - Once the pan is hot and the butter has melted, pour in ⅓ cup of the batter
Step 5- Flip and repeat until it’s cooked
Step 6 - Serve the pancakes warm with some butter and maple syrup!
