Cakey Brownies
Ingredients
- Castor sugar: 120g
- Cocoa powder: 15g
- Eggs: 2
- Flour: 85g
- Butter: 85g
- Baking soda: 1/2 tsp
- Dark chocolate: 125g
- Brown sugar: 85g
Method
Step 1: Add the chocolate and butter in a microwave bowl and melt. This should take about a minute
Step 2: Mix the sugars in the melted chocolate and butter
Step 3: Add eggs one by one and whisk well
Step 4: Sift the flour, cocoa powder and baking powder together
Step 5: Add the dry ingredients to the wet ones
Step 6: Pour the mixture in an 8 inch cake tin lined with butter paper
Step 7: If you want extra chocolate, chop some chocolate and toss it on top. You can also throw in some nuts or butterscotch
Step 8: Bake at 180C for 20-25 minutes and enjoy!
