- Yogurt : 200g
- Flour : 200g
- Castor Sugar : 100g
- Butter : 120g
- Baking soda : ½ tsp
- Baking powder : 1 tsp
- Milk : 30 ml
If you don’t know how to make Brown Butter, here’s what you need to -
- In a pan on medium heat, add 140g butter (we have added 20g extra to account for loss of moisture)
- The butter will start to bubble and turn a nutty, brown colour - stir occasionally
- Pour the mixture through a sieve and let cool
Alternatively, you can also do this in the microwave, stirring every 30 seconds till the butter is nutty and brown and then follow the same steps.
