Mango Cake - Miscommunication & Lack of Service

I've been a long-time customer of Le15 and have always looked forward to ordering cakes for my family in India, especially since I live overseas. Unfortunately, this time the experience was quite disappointing. The wrong cake was delivered, and despite multiple follow-ups via call and email, I received no response. What was more disheartening was the lack of any communication or apology—the refund was simply processed without anyone reaching out to acknowledge the issue or offer an explanation. I truly hope this was a one-off situation, as I've always loved your products and service in the past.

Mango season is incomplete without this!

The cake truly celebrates mangoes- how tasty fresh cream should be sweetened just right and how a cake which is doused with cream and mangoes, should not loose its identity- this cake has it all! My mango season is missing the mango cream tart this season, though! That’s another yummy delicacy from le15! Everyone in my home loves it! Mango divinity!
