I've been a long-time customer of Le15 and have always looked forward to ordering cakes for my family in India, especially since I live overseas. Unfortunately, this time the experience was quite disappointing. The wrong cake was delivered, and despite multiple follow-ups via call and email, I received no response. What was more disheartening was the lack of any communication or apology—the refund was simply processed without anyone reaching out to acknowledge the issue or offer an explanation. I truly hope this was a one-off situation, as I've always loved your products and service in the past.
